Ski Resorts

There are three main ski resorts that draw visitors to the Roaring Fork Valley and Western Slope.

Aspen boasts four different mountains.  Snowmass is huge with varied terrain. Aspen Mountain is black diamond for the most part. Aspen Highlands has a bowl that you have to hike up. Buttermilk has a beginner mountain and is the scene of the X-games half pipe. Its visible right along Highway 82.  Follow the resort on Instagram

Sunlight Mountain Resort is one of the gems of Glenwood Springs Colorado. Found at the end of a road called 4-mile. Its great for families and people just learning.  Follow the ‘gram of Sunlight.   Sunlight Ski Patrol has a great gram as well. Here’s another one that could be official.

Powderhorn is on the Grand Mesa in gorgeous groves of aspens.  Check out their instagram to get a feel.

This Ride Powderhorn instagram has great snaps.

If you have a rental in the area to make available for a person who would be working at one of these resorts, I can help.  I can customize a lease to your and your tenants preferences. And I have a great releasing program to find the next tenant.  Don’t hesitate to make an appointment about leasing your property.
